  • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools
  • Experience with social media content creation and graphic/video tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Primary internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps capable of operating during power outages
  • Desktop/laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM
  • Functional backup device meeting at least Intel Core i3 performance standards
  • Dedicated quiet home office space with noise-canceling USB headset, webcam, and smartphone

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Conduct initial client intake by collecting and recording required information
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or signed cases
  • Schedule and manage appointments using the firm’s scheduling system
  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary client documentation is complete and accurate
  • Manage the firm’s social media accounts including creating/posting content and engaging with followers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team or attorney to develop and run promotional campaigns
