Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of SaaS products from discovery through delivery.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch and adoption.
- Strong experience working with software engineers, product designers, and business stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Skilled at balancing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex business domains and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Experience in analyzing operational workflows and converting business needs into software requirements.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with advanced English.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery to identify user problems and opportunities using data and research.
- Manage and maintain backlog and roadmap using structured prioritization frameworks.
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze complex business workflows and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Lead customer and stakeholder conversations to validate assumptions and solutions.
- Ensure product quality and readiness through collaboration in testing, launch planning, and release validation.
- Track and measure outcomes post-release to validate impact.
