Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in supporting, managing, or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Project Management, and Tax.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience analyzing cross-application dependencies.
- Ability to operate independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks.
- Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is a plus.
- Experience with ISVs like HSO aec360, SKSoft TAS, RSAT, or Docentric is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement within ERP capabilities.
- Design and propose solutions using Dynamics 365 modules.
- Configure ERP modules and workflows to meet business needs.
- Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user-reported problems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated functionalities.
- Lead testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes.
- Work closely with IT teams, consultants, and vendors to prioritize system enhancements.
