Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business process improvement, operations support, executive support, AI automation, or workflow automation.
- Experience managing databases, trackers, registers, spreadsheets, and internal records.
- Experience developing, updating, and standardizing SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
- Strong spreadsheet and data management skills (formatting, reporting, organization, clean-up).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, OpenAI).
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com).
- Ability to map workflows, analyze business processes, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to support leadership with documentation, action tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage databases, trackers, and registers.
- Develop, update, and standardize SOPs and process documentation.
- Provide executive assistant-style support to leadership.
- Organize information, track action items, and prepare documentation.
- Improve administrative workflows and maintain internal knowledge bases.
- Optimize spreadsheets and manage data.
- Perform business process analysis to identify and implement AI and low-code/no-code automation workflows.
- Support departments with AI adoption and training.
