Requirements

- Ability to take ownership and responsibility from day one.
- Experience managing financial processes within a digital, agile environment.
- Familiarity with the pace of fast-growing tech, SaaS, or e-commerce companies.
- Strong interest in process automation and digitalization.
- Proficiency or ability to work with DATEV and sevDesk.
- Willingness to learn and utilize automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
Responsibilities
- Own accounts receivable and accounts payable processes from invoicing in sevDesk to booking in DATEV.
- Identify and replace manual, inefficient processes with smart, automated solutions.
- Manage freelancer invoices and credit card expense reconciliation.
- Support month-end closing activities in close coordination with management.
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Operations to advance the digitization of finance operations.
