Requirements
- Advanced user of Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Expertise in end-to-end banking payment operations, including multi-currency payments and tracking.
- Solid accounting fundamentals with experience in expense classification and allocation.
- Proficiency in reconciliation, including bank statements and A/P / A/R control.
- Confident user of ERP or finance systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Knowledge of crypto wallet security, networks, and transaction fees.
- Experience producing concise, insight-driven management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong writing quality.
- Strong experience in travel support and business assistance.
Responsibilities
- Budget personal expenses and income/expenses for privately used assets.
- Execute payments via credit cards, bank accounts, and crypto wallets as requested by Family Office staff and UBO.
- Perform accurate monthly accounting of personal expenses in ERP systems.
- Report plan vs. actuals for private asset financial performance and provide insights.
- Communicate with contractors regarding agreements, payments, documentation, and reconciliation.
- Verify and allocate advance reports from Family Office staff.
- Manage and maintain payment means such as personal accounts, credit cards, and crypto wallets.
- Control documentation validity for powers of attorney, bank cards, and safe deposit boxes.
- Optimize processes for private expenditure, accounting, and reporting.
