Requirements
- 6+ years in Finance with end-to-end ownership in a high-growth environment (ideally B2B SaaS or tech).
- Experience operating at a lead or head-of level in a Series A+ stage company.
- Proven track record building and scaling Finance teams with strong hiring judgment.
- Genuine AI-first mindset with the ability to adapt workflows to leverage AI.
- Proven ownership of multi-entity international expansion, including financial architecture decisions.
- Experience evaluating and implementing Finance tool landscapes in complex environments.
- Strong expertise across FP&A, accounting oversight, compliance, and strategic finance.
- Experience supporting or leading fundraising processes at Series B or later stages.
- Experience working at the intersection of Finance and data infrastructure (Data/RevOps).
- Ability to challenge traditional Finance operating models and build scalable structures.
- Excellent communication skills for executive and board-level engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Finance function end-to-end across FP&A, Business Partnering, Strategic Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations.
- Build and grow the Finance team as a builder-manager, defining hiring roadmaps and creating structural ownership.
- Drive multi-entity expansion across Europe including legal entity setup, transfer pricing, and VAT compliance.
- Evaluate and evolve the Finance tool landscape, prioritizing AI-native, best-of-breed, and automated workflows.
- Manage financial planning, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and cash flow management while serving as a strategic business partner.
- Co-own financial data architecture with Data and RevOps teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and entity modeling.
- Oversee board/investor reporting and lead finance workstreams for Series C preparation and due diligence.
- Establish treasury and capital allocation frameworks for post-investment capital deployment.
