Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced skills in analytical thinking, business acumen, and consulting.
  • Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced skills in building partnerships and gaining others' confidence.
  • Proficiency in communicating with consideration and driving innovation.
  • Preferred: Graduate degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • Preferred: HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to work in a geographically dispersed and matrix organization.
  • Preferred: Experience with Project Management.
  • Preferred: Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and application.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical HR support across People Solutions areas including compensation, benefits, employee engagement, and lifecycle programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees, providing timely and practical solutions for HR-related inquiries.
  • Advise managers and employees on policy application and regulatory requirements, ensuring consistent workplace practices.
  • Support the implementation of programs and change initiatives, including talent, performance, and compensation cycles.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to execute talent, succession, and workforce planning activities.
  • Analyze HR data, including engagement and exit feedback, to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate on process improvement efforts to enhance HR service delivery.
