Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams or remote workforces.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and organizational policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship-building, consulting, and influencing abilities.
- High level of judgment, discretion, adaptability, and problem-solving capability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for Employer of Record (EOR) matters and liaison with external providers.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, employee concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with leadership to support the development and execution of HR strategies and organizational improvements.
- Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and HR data to support informed decision-making.
- Lead recruitment processes to attract and hire high-quality talent.
- Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts and policy-related materials.
- Support onboarding programs, orientation, and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
