Requirements
- Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Deep understanding of GTM metrics including quotas, pipelines, and OTE.
- Experience managing remote or international teams within global labor standards.
- Strong ability to coach high-energy sales and marketing managers into effective people leaders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling organizational environment.
- Experience using data-driven analytics to build business cases for people recommendations.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive employee relations with integrity.
- Excellent communication and strategic storytelling skills to drive leadership buy-in.
- Professional courage to influence strong personalities and challenge the status quo.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR guidance to leadership, translating complex business requirements into effective people solutions.
- Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives to ensure optimized global organizational design.
- Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including performance management, calibration, and leadership identification.
- Analyze people metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Support managers with complex casework and employee relations across global jurisdictions.
- Lead organizational change management to maintain team alignment during growth or pivots.
- Analyze engagement data to build and execute action plans that improve retention and morale.
- Partner with People Operations and legal teams to manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and high-touch processes.
