- Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with revenue and company OKRs
- Own product positioning, messaging, pricing narratives, and competitive differentiation
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new features, AI capabilities, and market expansions
- Build and scale an AI-driven demand generation engine across paid, SEO, partnerships, lifecycle, and PLG
- Align closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and CS to optimize full-funnel performance (acquisition → retention → expansion)
- Strengthen Jimdo’s brand voice and thought leadership in AI-enabled SaaS and small business enablement
- Lead, coach, and grow a distributed marketing team of 15–20 across growth, content, product marketing, brand, and operations
- Own the marketing budget, attribution models, dashboards, and performance forecasting
