Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, financial systems, or related client-facing technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Experience working within financial services industries such as asset management, banking, insurance, or investments.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, including investor reporting, regulatory reporting, treasury, or capital planning.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software architecture.
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations, value-based presentations, and proof-of-concept solutions to business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales discovery sessions with customers, prospects, and partners to identify business requirements and align them with solution capabilities.
- Design and present solution architectures, tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and business cases that highlight measurable customer value.
- Support account planning activities by collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities and shape strategic engagements.
- Translate complex financial reporting and regulatory challenges into clear, scalable SaaS-based solution designs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing, customer success, and implementation specialists to ensure alignment across the sales cycle.
- Provide subject matter expertise across financial services use cases such as investment reporting, regulatory compliance, and capital planning.
- Contribute to peer coaching, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional enablement to strengthen overall team capability.
