Job Details

4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle Fusion.
Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to finance and operations stakeholders.
Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value.
Strong communication skills with a focus on guiding customers toward scalable approaches.
Collaborative mindset for working cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
Resourceful and ownership-oriented approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new Ramp products and features to existing customers.
Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities through use-case analysis and technical scoping.
Design and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture including APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors.
Act as a technical advisor guiding integration, configuration, and system design decisions.
Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers for systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion.
Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to internal teams.
Contribute to internal documentation and tooling to support integration use cases.
