Job Details

3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion.
Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to finance and operations stakeholders.
Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value.
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide customers toward scalable approaches.
Collaborative mindset for working across Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new Ramp products and features to existing customers.
Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping.
Design and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture including API use, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors.
Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams for integration, configuration, and system design.
Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers for systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion.
Influence product roadmaps by sharing customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases to support integration use cases.
