Requirements
- 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
- Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion.
- Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to finance and operations stakeholders.
- Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide customers toward scalable approaches.
- Collaborative mindset for working across Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new Ramp products and features to existing customers.
- Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping.
- Design and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture including API use, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors.
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams for integration, configuration, and system design.
- Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers for systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion.
- Influence product roadmaps by sharing customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases to support integration use cases.
