Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Customer Success role, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven experience leading or formally mentoring other engineers.
- Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript and browser developer tools.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and ability to debug complex front-end issues.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with an understanding of how technical adoption ties to revenue and retention.
- Ability to work effectively in a player-coach capacity.
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop a team of Solutions Engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and career pathing.
- Monitor and manage team KPIs, including retention, resolution time, and product adoption.
- Personally lead technical relationships and strategic solutions for complex, high-value customers.
- Identify at-risk accounts and build technical mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams on account strategy, feedback, and launches.
- Maintain deep technical expertise in Noibu's platform and competitive landscape.
