Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Consultative approach to solving customer problems.
- Strong storytelling abilities within discovery and product demo contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and automate tasks using AI.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coaching, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to support active enterprise customer opportunities.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure business objectives and technical requirements are met.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Present effective demonstrations that highlight the benefits of Webflow.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives.
