Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar functions.
- Experience supporting complex deal reviews, approvals, contracts, and revenue considerations.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Experience analyzing complex problems, identifying key issues, and developing practical solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong strategic and business understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates and manage expectations under pressure.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and contract-related workflows.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CPQ platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize deal desk processes by applying best practices and helping establish scalable workflows that support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand deal structures, business terms, risks, opportunities, and potential impacts on performance and strategic objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate critical deal information, including discussion summaries, decisions, action items, and approval requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on deal policies, approval processes, contract structures, and revenue implications.
- Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to review complex opportunities and provide guidance that enables successful deal execution.
- Act as an escalation point for high-impact deal challenges, helping drive resolution across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with Legal, Contracts, Revenue Accounting, Finance, and Sales teams to address revenue recognition considerations and non-standard deal structures.
- Provide post-execution support by helping resolve operational issues between Sales, Revenue Accounting, and Order Management teams.
- Advise Sales teams on deal management best practices, contract structuring, and strategies to support successful deal closure.
- Identify recurring challenges, process gaps, and opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
- Develop a strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems to identify improvements that enhance business performance and reporting.
