Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, renewals operations, customer success operations, or a related business operations role.
- Strong ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and transform insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience designing and improving operational processes in a global or fast-growing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and attention to operational detail.
- Experience supporting SaaS, technology, subscription-based, or customer lifecycle businesses is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with renewals leadership to provide executive-level insights, operational guidance, and support for strategic planning cycles.
- Own and continuously improve the global renewals operating model, including processes, performance metrics, KPIs, and business rhythms.
- Enhance the experience and productivity of renewal teams by reducing operational friction and enabling more effective customer engagement.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Professional Services to improve renewal outcomes.
- Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and operational frameworks across regions.
- Leverage analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools to improve renewal forecasting, identify risks, uncover expansion opportunities, and reduce manual efforts.
- Develop insights, reporting structures, and risk frameworks that enable proactive decision-making and improved business predictability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by translating data into actionable recommendations.
