Requirements

  • Strong ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and transform insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience designing and improving operational processes in a global or fast-growing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and attention to operational detail.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, technology, subscription-based, or customer lifecycle businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with renewals leadership to provide executive-level insights, operational guidance, and support for strategic planning cycles.
  • Own and continuously improve the global renewals operating model, including processes, performance metrics, KPIs, and business rhythms.
  • Enhance the experience and productivity of renewal teams by reducing operational friction and enabling more effective customer engagement.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Professional Services to improve renewal outcomes.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and operational frameworks across regions.
  • Leverage analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools to improve renewal forecasting, identify risks, uncover expansion opportunities, and reduce manual efforts.
  • Develop insights, reporting structures, and risk frameworks that enable proactive decision-making and improved business predictability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by translating data into actionable recommendations.
