Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting programming languages and network essentials.
  • Experience with Open Telemetry, Distributed Tracing, Java, .NET, and Node.
  • Familiar with AWS and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and/or testing applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated well-developed troubleshooting skills.
  • Commitment to working 8am-5pm PT, with occasional weekend or holiday work as needed.
  • 1-2 years experience in a technical support role with Back-End programming languages.
  • Experience working in a DevOps or Software Engineering role.
  • AWS or Azure Cloud certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support New Relic customers by solving complex installation, configuration, and data exploration requests.
  • Act as a technical leader for Java and .NET APM agents and Alerts.
  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback on feature requests and bugs to the Product Organization.
  • Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and Knowledge Centered Support (KCS).
  • Mentor and pair with team members to facilitate mutual growth.
