Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
  • Business-technical fluency to translate requirements between executives, engineers, and users.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven enterprise transformations is a plus.
  • PMO certification or structured project management background is preferred.
  • Background working with LLM or GenAI products is preferred.
  • Technical fluency in understanding API integrations or data workflows is preferred.
  • Previous experience in consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery and adoption of Unframe’s AI solutions across enterprise accounts, from post-POC rollout through expansion.
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and ensure execution at scale.
  • Orchestrate stakeholders and manage alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large organizations.
  • Define and measure success by tracking adoption, usage, and business impact to demonstrate value.
  • Lead enablement and training sessions that help customers operationalize Unframe’s AI solutions.
  • Ensure project velocity by coordinating between internal Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases and operational gaps.
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to shape the product roadmap and delivery playbooks.
