Requirements

  • 2 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • 1 year of closing experience (preferred).
  • Consistent employment history with no large gaps.
  • Experience owning customer engagements end-to-end (prospecting, qualification, closing).
  • Experience with both inbound pipeline management and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Ability to manage different types of buyers and sell to broad decision-makers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • High level of focus, discipline, and time management.
  • Outstanding work ethic and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert on Fleetio fleet management software.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to help SMB organizations identify fleet management solutions.
  • Generate new sales pipeline through strategic outbound outreach, including calls and emails.
  • Perform web-based demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Execute proactive and consistent follow-up with prospects via phone and email.
  • Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities.
