Requirements
- 2 years of SaaS sales experience.
- 1 year of closing experience (preferred).
- Consistent employment history with no large gaps.
- Experience owning customer engagements end-to-end (prospecting, qualification, closing).
- Experience with both inbound pipeline management and outbound pipeline generation.
- Ability to manage different types of buyers and sell to broad decision-makers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- High level of focus, discipline, and time management.
- Outstanding work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert on Fleetio fleet management software.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to help SMB organizations identify fleet management solutions.
- Generate new sales pipeline through strategic outbound outreach, including calls and emails.
- Perform web-based demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Execute proactive and consistent follow-up with prospects via phone and email.
- Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities.
