Requirements

  • 7+ years in GTM analytics, Revenue Operations analytics, or BI roles supporting Sales or CS at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep fluency in SaaS revenue lifecycle, including bookings, pipeline, ARR, GRR, NRR, renewals, and customer health.
  • Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and improving BI environments.
  • Strong experience with modern BI tools (Sigma Computing highly preferred; Looker, Tableau, or similar accepted).
  • Experience with cloud data warehouse environments (Snowflake preferred; BigQuery or Redshift acceptable).
  • Proven ability to define and govern metrics and translate business logic into data structures.
  • Active use of AI tools to enhance analytics workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analytics center of excellence for Gainsight's GTM organization.
  • Set standards for dashboard design, metric definitions, data governance, and insight delivery.
  • Deliver executive-ready dashboards and operating cadences for Sales and CS leadership.
  • Lead the transformation from static BI dashboards to AI-enabled, self-service data exploration.
  • Partner with the GTM Data Architect to establish the semantic layer for business-side definitions.
  • Serve as a trusted analytical thought partner to Sales VPs, CS leadership, and RevOps.
