Requirements
- Experience in analytics roles focused on pre-sales motions and SaaS environments.
- Strong background in analyzing customer engagement, adoption, and health across the customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries including joins, aggregations, CTEs, and conditional logic.
- Experience using SQL and Python to drive analysis of pipeline, trial success, and sales metrics.
- Ability to combine data from multiple GTM systems to create a unified view of pre-sales and Partner outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners like Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to data quality, consistency, and performance with documentation habits.
- Openness to experimenting with generative AI and new analytical methods.
- Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Solution Architect, Sales Strategy, and Ecosystem teams to translate engagement and consumption questions into analytical requirements.
- Design and build AI and analytic solutions for trial management, win rates, adoption, conversion, and sales metrics.
- Develop structured, maintainable solutions in BI and AI tools that follow internal standards.
- Collaborate with operational and data teams to define requirements for stakeholder and engagement data models.
- Utilize segmentation, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to inform engagement strategies and forecast program impact.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in sales analytics by documenting methodologies and providing guidance on data-driven decision-making.
