Responsibilities
- Take direct responsibility for the assigned house accounts
- Create an overall strategy for the development and growth of assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned account base
- Understand customer processes, applications, and purchasing workflows
- Identify additional growth potential by cross-selling ELPRO products and services
- Create, manage, and report on opportunities in the CRM/ERP system with a high level of accuracy
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency for assigned accounts
- Handle incoming transactional sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate internally with Customer Success, Operations, and project management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers when accounts become project-driven or exceed defined thresholds
