Responsibilities

  • Take direct responsibility for the assigned house accounts
  • Create an overall strategy for the development and growth of assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned account base
  • Understand customer processes, applications, and purchasing workflows
  • Identify additional growth potential by cross-selling ELPRO products and services
  • Create, manage, and report on opportunities in the CRM/ERP system with a high level of accuracy
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency for assigned accounts
  • Handle incoming transactional sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities
  • Coordinate internally with Customer Success, Operations, and project management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers when accounts become project-driven or exceed defined thresholds
