Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in sales or account management within the IT sector.
- Proven experience in complex software solutions or as a solution provider for government entities.
- Demonstrated functional leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and perform financial analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Consultative and collaborative leadership style.
- Availability for regional travel approximately 30% to 40% of the time.
- Public sector or public procurement leadership background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement 1–3-year strategic plans for each client.
- Act as the main point of contact and business consultant for client Chief Procurement Officers.
- Drive revenue growth and manage client contracts, negotiation, and execution.
- Supervise, manage, mentor, and support a team to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and project management teams to support client success.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with client leadership.
- Translate complex technical information into actionable recommendations and presentations.
