Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management within the IT sector.
  • Proven experience in complex software solutions or as a solution provider for government entities.
  • Demonstrated functional leadership experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and perform financial analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Consultative and collaborative leadership style.
  • Availability for regional travel approximately 30% to 40% of the time.
  • Public sector or public procurement leadership background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement 1–3-year strategic plans for each client.
  • Act as the main point of contact and business consultant for client Chief Procurement Officers.
  • Drive revenue growth and manage client contracts, negotiation, and execution.
  • Supervise, manage, mentor, and support a team to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and project management teams to support client success.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with client leadership.
  • Translate complex technical information into actionable recommendations and presentations.
