Requirements
- Several years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Proven track record closing deals in the $15K–$100K ARR range.
- Meaningful, high-activity outbound experience with a history of building pipeline from scratch.
- Strong discovery fundamentals, specifically the ability to surface real pain and differentiate buying signals.
- Genuine AI fluency with demonstrated experience using AI tools in current sales workflows.
- High agency and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, value-based sales.
- Startup experience, including being adaptable and resourceful in an evolving environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, and deal room tools like Aligned (nice to have).
- Experience selling into HR, People, or Culture teams (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own a book of mid-market accounts (200–5,000 employees), running full-cycle from first call through close.
- Manage pipeline with precision, ensuring every deal gets the right level of attention and a clear next step.
- Multi-thread deals by mapping the organization, finding the economic buyer, and building a coalition.
- Execute high-activity outbound prospecting when inbound volume slows.
- Leverage AI tools for account research, deal room preparation, follow-up drafting, and call intelligence.
- Lead and contribute to team culture through deal reviews, feedback, and sharing successful plays and content.
