- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from initial plan to final close.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven proficiency in presenting and influencing effectively at all levels.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for meetings and trade shows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with sales management tools and CRM software, specifically HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential prospects through networking, research, and cold calling.
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations and demonstrations via video conference or in-person.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure to meet monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain up-to-date prospect and deal information within the HubSpot CRM.
- Liaise between the company and customers regarding pricing, services, and new product releases.
- Consult with management on complex deals and provide accurate sales quotes to customers.
- Attend departmental training, sales modules, and relevant industry conferences or trade shows.
