  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for meetings and trade shows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with sales management tools and CRM software, specifically HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential prospects through networking, research, and cold calling.
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations and demonstrations via video conference or in-person.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure to meet monthly revenue goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date prospect and deal information within the HubSpot CRM.
  • Liaise between the company and customers regarding pricing, services, and new product releases.
  • Consult with management on complex deals and provide accurate sales quotes to customers.
  • Attend departmental training, sales modules, and relevant industry conferences or trade shows.
