Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- 15+ years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology solutions.
- Proven experience selling to financial institutions and mortgage banking organizations at the executive level.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and financial technology landscape.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and complex, high-value sales opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of software products and services by developing new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients, including senior decision-makers within financial institutions and mortgage organizations.
- Manage strategic accounts and complex sales opportunities from initial discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Develop and present compelling proposals using available sales resources, tools, and customer insights.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge, market awareness, and competitive intelligence to position solutions effectively.
- Analyze customer business needs and recommend solutions aligned with operational objectives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and structure deals that meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Support the development of sales strategies, account plans, and growth initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engagement and solution delivery.
