  • Proven success leading enterprise sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong background in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, SaaS, or similar B2B industries.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and improve team performance.
  • Strong experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% throughout the assigned region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and healthcare buying processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives.
  • Create and optimize territory plans focused on enterprise healthcare relationships.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM accuracy.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers.
  • Support complex sales opportunities as an executive sponsor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
