- Proven success leading enterprise sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong background in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, SaaS, or similar B2B industries.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies and improve team performance.
- Strong experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% throughout the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and healthcare buying processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Create and optimize territory plans focused on enterprise healthcare relationships.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM accuracy.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers.
- Support complex sales opportunities as an executive sponsor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
