Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading complex sales processes and exceeding targets in enterprise, healthcare, or B2B environments.
- Deep experience using Salesforce.com and applying data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the Southern Region (30–40%).
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or SaaS sales (preferred).
- Familiarity with IDN dynamics and multi-level stakeholder management (preferred).
- Established network of healthcare executives or key buyers in the Southern U.S. (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives to exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Partner with sales representatives to develop territory business plans focused on Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) relationships.
- Maintain and track sales pipelines and activities in Salesforce.com.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports to the Executive Team.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for high-value deals and cultivate strategic account relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities and monitor industry trends to inform regional strategy.
