Requirements
- Experience selling production, content, or experiential services within an agency, events, or similar environment.
- Established network of client and industry relationships.
- Strong grasp of event formats, production workflows, and content delivery.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deals.
- Confidence working with complex financial details and using data to shape pricing and commercial strategy.
- Ability to travel 25% to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a strong sales pipeline by identifying prospects and uncovering opportunities across production, creative content, and event solutions.
- Lead consultative sales conversations connecting client goals with high-impact creative and production solutions.
- Manage complex deals from discovery through close, including proposals, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and subject matter experts to develop client-centric solutions.
- Communicate creative vision and commercial value clearly, including cost/benefit insights.
