Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles.
  • Direct experience originating, structuring, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Ability to build and use project-level financial models.
  • Strong consultative/value selling skills.
  • Proven project and process management abilities managing multiple complex efforts.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and finance.
  • Ability to represent the company in public meetings and build relationships with public officials.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships and leverage existing industry connections to source deals, build a pipeline, and execute agreements.
  • Present compelling product solutions as an expert on AMP's offerings.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and potential integrations with key accounts.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and regulations to articulate value creation opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with public and private stakeholders to maximize repeat project opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from engineering, operations, and finance to ensure successful projects.
