Requirements

  • Experience executing terminal contracts and large-volume product contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong ability to create and deliver educational product presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license acceptable to company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage crop nutrient product line sales, margins, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and business plans in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships and account management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including sales targets, gross margin, and strategic imperatives.
  • Maintain coordination with regional teams, retail growth directors, and broader colleagues.
  • Manage relationships with channel partners, vendors, and agricultural retail managers.
