Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of successful sales or marketing experience with direct customer contact.
- Proven ability to manage complex situations and handle conflict resolution for key accounts.
- Experience executing terminal contracts and large-volume product contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to create and deliver educational product presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Must possess a valid driver's license acceptable to company policy.
Responsibilities
- Manage crop nutrient product line sales, margins, and profitability.
- Develop and execute account strategies and business plans in collaboration with regional teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships and account management.
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales targets, gross margin, and strategic imperatives.
- Maintain coordination with regional teams, retail growth directors, and broader colleagues.
- Manage relationships with channel partners, vendors, and agricultural retail managers.
