Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales or Account Management experience.
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or technical institute.
  • Reside between Virginia Beach, VA and Charleston, SC.
  • Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain a passport.
  • Passion for the marine industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing dealer relationships and develop new dealers in key locations.
  • Drive Seakeeper sales through account management, including dealer education, training, and support.
  • Document, track, follow up, and close sales leads in NetSuite.
  • Attend internal on-site training at the Tampa, FL training center.
  • Attend and represent Seakeeper at fishing tournaments, boat shows, and other events.
  • Provide business development guidance on best practices to dealers.
  • Address field issues and visit vessels requiring factory-level support when needed.
