Requirements
- 3+ years of Sales or Account Management experience.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or technical institute.
- Reside between Virginia Beach, VA and Charleston, SC.
- Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain a passport.
- Passion for the marine industry.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing dealer relationships and develop new dealers in key locations.
- Drive Seakeeper sales through account management, including dealer education, training, and support.
- Document, track, follow up, and close sales leads in NetSuite.
- Attend internal on-site training at the Tampa, FL training center.
- Attend and represent Seakeeper at fishing tournaments, boat shows, and other events.
- Provide business development guidance on best practices to dealers.
- Address field issues and visit vessels requiring factory-level support when needed.
