Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting commercial software applications.
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience testing applications that support customer order management and service delivery processes.
- Strong relational SQL skills with the ability to execute DML operations for testing purposes.
- Ability to create high-quality functional test cases that validate software functionality and performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Experience with Jira or similar work management tools.
- Experience with TestRail or other test management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agile development teams to influence product quality and support continuous improvement.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize test cases, test plans, and quality validation activities.
- Review test plans independently to ensure software systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with requirements.
- Set up and manage test environments to simulate real-world scenarios and validate customer configurations.
- Design and execute functional tests to verify the quality, performance, and reliability of delivered features.
- Identify, document, and communicate software defects to support timely resolution.
- Establish, maintain, and improve quality management processes, standards, and procedures.
- Perform system setup, software installation, configuration, and integration activities.
- Install and support hardware and software components, including servers and cameras.
- Support testing activities related to business systems, customer order workflows, and service delivery processes.
