Requirements

  • Proven experience in aviation sales, luxury services, or selling directly to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with a strong preference for private aviation expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, and complex consultative sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft management solutions, private aviation services, and the expectations of sophisticated clientele.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, critical problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships while maintaining professionalism, persistence, and discretion.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; equivalent industry experience and a strong track record of performance will also be considered.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (25%+).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the aircraft management portfolio and achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, family offices, aviation consultants, brokers, and other key stakeholders within the ultra-high-net-worth community.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, private events, industry connections, and proactive outreach initiatives.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs and long-term aviation objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Design and implement short- and long-term business development strategies to support sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, luxury events, and exclusive gatherings to strengthen market presence and brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and evolving client expectations within private aviation and luxury services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, delivering a high-touch, consultative experience while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
