Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling complex technology, SaaS, marketplace, or platform solutions.
- Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and large enterprise organizations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility and influence decision-makers at the C-suite and senior leadership levels.
- Excellent business acumen with experience developing commercial strategies, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience selling into insurance, automotive, fleet, mobility, infrastructure, or related technology industries is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify target prospects and convert opportunities into long-term enterprise partnerships.
- Create a consistent sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, industry engagement, and partner development.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across industries such as insurance, automotive, fleet, mobility, and enterprise technology.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving executive leadership, operations, technology, procurement, legal, and finance teams.
- Understand customer challenges and position platform capabilities to demonstrate measurable business value and operational impact.
- Develop compelling commercial proposals, executive presentations, business cases, and negotiation strategies.
- Manage contract negotiations from initial engagement through execution while coordinating internal teams for successful customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, sales forecasts, and performance reporting.
