Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally within B2C SaaS, subscription-based products, or consumer technology platforms.
- Proven experience owning growth, lifecycle optimization, and funnel improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, cohort analysis, conversion metrics, retention, lifetime value (LTV), and revenue optimization.
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives when making product decisions.
- Solid understanding of subscription economics, pricing strategies, and hybrid or usage-based monetization models.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, customer messaging, and value proposition development.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete growth funnel, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, free-to-paid conversion, monetization, and retention strategies.
- Define growth hypotheses, design experiments, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to determine what initiatives should scale.
- Partner with design teams to create intuitive user experiences from initial concepts through final implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product improvements, manage priorities, and maintain execution velocity.
- Monitor product performance through analytics platforms, manage event tracking, and use data to guide roadmap decisions.
- Identify customer journey gaps and recommend product strategies that improve engagement and business outcomes.
- Drive experimentation across areas such as pricing, onboarding flows, lifecycle messaging, and in-product experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customer journeys tailored to different user segments and behaviors.
