Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or CRM Operations
  • Strong Salesforce experience with admin-level knowledge
  • Experience performing CRM data cleanup, reconciliation, and bulk updates
  • Comfortable building Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce accounts, contacts, opportunities, and partner records
  • Perform large-scale data cleanup, deduplication, enrichment, and reconciliation projects
  • Support the Partner team by tracking partner deals, commission-related data, and operational workflows
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Import, export, validate, and manipulate data using Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Assist with Salesforce administration, including record management, field updates, validation, and user support
  • Support integrations and workflows involving tools such as Workato, PartnerStack, CauseIQ, Gong, Crossbeam, and Partnerfleet
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and GTM Operations to troubleshoot data issues and improve existing processes
  • Document workflows and recommend improvements that increase data accuracy and operational efficiency
