Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or CRM Operations
- Strong Salesforce experience with admin-level knowledge
- Experience performing CRM data cleanup, reconciliation, and bulk updates
- Comfortable building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce accounts, contacts, opportunities, and partner records
- Perform large-scale data cleanup, deduplication, enrichment, and reconciliation projects
- Support the Partner team by tracking partner deals, commission-related data, and operational workflows
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across Salesforce and integrated systems
- Import, export, validate, and manipulate data using Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Assist with Salesforce administration, including record management, field updates, validation, and user support
- Support integrations and workflows involving tools such as Workato, PartnerStack, CauseIQ, Gong, Crossbeam, and Partnerfleet
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and GTM Operations to troubleshoot data issues and improve existing processes
- Document workflows and recommend improvements that increase data accuracy and operational efficiency
