Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles.
- 2+ years of dedicated experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function.
- Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis.
- Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy.
- Evaluate trade-offs and develop strategic forecasting for complex deals.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Balance short-term efficiency with long-term business impact.
- Navigate ambiguity and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
