- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the kiosk software experience.
- Drive measurable improvement in kiosk transaction completion rates.
- Improve operational effectiveness regarding kiosk functionality and maintenance.
- Partner with web and app teams to simplify the pre-kiosk user journey.
- Provide clear visibility into product metrics, performance, and strategy to leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, hardware, and operations teams to optimize kiosk experience steps.
- Partner with Data & Analytics to measure performance and validate changes.
- Travel approximately once per quarter to observe customers and study kiosk function.
