Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with CPQ and quote-to-cash processes (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and revenue recognition principles.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsive to high transaction volumes.
- Strong stakeholder service mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, hyper-growth startup environment.
- Comfortable managing period-end pressure.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA.
- Drive deals through the approval matrix, tracking status and looping in the right approvers to keep cycle times low.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day pricing, packaging, and process questions.
- Maintain deal hygiene and accurate opportunity and quote data in Salesforce.
- Prioritize effectively during periods of high volume, including month and quarter-end processing.
- Identify and escalate complex or non-standard deals to senior team members.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to facilitate and execute deal processing.
- Support and improve CPQ tools, specifically DealHub, and associated workflows.
