Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in deal desk, deal strategy, or pricing within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Hands-on experience structuring complex, non-standard deals.
- Proficiency with CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or DealHub.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with an understanding of margin, revenue recognition, and risk.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Executive leadership.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsive, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding independent decision-making versus escalation.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA.
- Drive complex deals through the approval matrix while maintaining compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales team regarding deal structure, pricing, and packaging.
- Maintain data hygiene and accurate opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
- Manage commercial approval workflows and prioritize tasks during peak month/quarter-end periods.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales leadership to resolve commercial issues.
- Analyze deal trends and approval metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Design, document, and implement scalable commercial policies and approval frameworks.
