- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the relocation, global mobility, or corporate services industry.
- Experience using expense management, ERP, or financial management systems.
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new systems, technologies, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Review and audit expense transactions for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Process employee expense reports, vendor invoices, and reimbursement requests.
- Enter financial transactions into expense management systems and create vouchers.
- Reconcile monthly client American Express charges.
- Research and resolve expense discrepancies and payment issues.
- Manage shared departmental mailboxes and provide timely customer support.
- Support month-end expense processing, reporting, and audit activities.
- Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
