  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in the relocation, global mobility, or corporate services industry.
  • Experience using expense management, ERP, or financial management systems.
  • Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new systems, technologies, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit expense transactions for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Process employee expense reports, vendor invoices, and reimbursement requests.
  • Enter financial transactions into expense management systems and create vouchers.
  • Reconcile monthly client American Express charges.
  • Research and resolve expense discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Manage shared departmental mailboxes and provide timely customer support.
  • Support month-end expense processing, reporting, and audit activities.
  • Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
