Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with CPQ and quote-to-cash processes (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar).
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive with a high capacity for transaction volume.
- Strong stakeholder service mindset.
- Clear and structured verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and revenue recognition principles.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA.
- Drive deals through the approval matrix, tracking status and looping in the right approvers to keep cycle times low.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day pricing, packaging, and process questions.
- Maintain deal hygiene and accurate opportunity and quote data in Salesforce.
- Help manage order processing and prioritize effectively during high-volume periods.
- Identify and escalate complex or non-standard deals to the senior deal desk team.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to facilitate and execute deals.
- Support and improve the DealHub CPQ tool and associated workflows.
