Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of relevant business experience.
- Prior experience or working knowledge of the securities industry.
- Expertise in product management, stakeholder management, and process design.
- Proven success developing business cases, roadmaps, and product execution strategies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite, with particular emphasis on CoPilot AI.
- Strong analytical skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive influence skills.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct complex, high-profile initiatives across all project phases.
- Serve as a primary representative for major firm-level projects across Wealth Management, Operations, and IT.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate branch and operations needs into clear application, workflow, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, developers, and external vendors to maintain platform stability and manage incidents.
- Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, documentation review, and workflow analysis.
- Lead development and maintenance of training resources, procedural documentation, and ongoing training.
- Coordinate release evaluation, planning, and prioritization with the advisory team.
