Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, analytics enablement, product operations, research synthesis, or similar strategic roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong business acumen and analytical curiosity, with the ability to interpret findings and connect them to company strategy and performance.
- Proven experience creating executive-level narratives, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with analytics, product, go-to-market, finance, operations, and executive teams.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to succeed in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- Experience in management consulting, business strategy, chief of staff, business operations, or analytics leadership.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams, strategic planning processes, or company-level business reviews.
- Familiarity with analytics workflows, experimentation, forecasting, metrics, and data-informed decision-making environments.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, knowledge management, or communication scaling.
Responsibilities
- Partner with analytics teams and business leaders to identify emerging trends, key findings, and strategic implications.
- Synthesize insights across product analytics, reporting analytics, marketing analytics, and data science teams to connect findings with broader business objectives.
- Develop executive-ready communications, including strategic briefs, presentations, leadership updates, and planning materials.
- Create recurring insight communications such as business reviews, executive summaries, and stakeholder reports.
- Ensure critical insights reach the appropriate audiences in formats that support alignment and decision-making.
- Build foundational materials that improve understanding of business drivers, customer behaviors, performance metrics, and strategic priorities.
- Establish best practices for analytics storytelling, insight communication, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Support analytics teams in leveraging AI and emerging tools to scale communication while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Act as a strategic partner who helps leaders understand what matters, why it matters, and what actions should follow.
