Requirements
- 8+ years in product, engineering, or technical leadership roles in digital banking or financial services.
- Deep hands-on experience with digital banking platforms and multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Expert-level understanding of digital account opening, onboarding orchestration, and KYC/CIP/fraud workflows.
- Demonstrated experience designing multi-channel banking experiences (mobile, web, branch, call center).
- Strong understanding of core banking integration patterns, REST APIs, and system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted product design and development workflows.
- Proven track record of managing and developing product builders, engineers, or technical product managers.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Reg E, Reg DD, BSA/AML, and UDAAP.
- Comfort operating in a spec-first, AI-native development methodology.
- Ability to engage deeply in technical design discussions and CI/CD development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the Digital Banking domain.
- Hire, develop, and performance-manage all Builders in the Digital Banking domain.
- Design and reason about end-to-end digital account opening flows for consumer and business deposits.
- Model AI-first working practices and drive continuous improvement in pod velocity.
- Represent the domain in executive planning, client conversations, and board-level updates.
- Orchestrate identity verification, KYC, CIP, and fraud checks across multiple third-party providers.
- Coordinate with other Domain Owners, the Architecture Spine, and COEs on dependencies and standards.
