Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or a similar B2B marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot administration, CRM management, marketing automation, and CRM integrations.
  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, lead lifecycle, attribution, campaign reporting, funnel analytics, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot including Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, lists/segmentation, reporting dashboards, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and marketing performance analytics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar intent data platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage day-to-day marketing operations within HubSpot and integrated CRM platforms.
  • Configure and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain lead scoring, account scoring, source attribution, campaign taxonomy, and funnel tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity through ongoing data hygiene, field governance, list management, and documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other marketing technologies.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment.
  • Utilize ZoomInfo and data sources to identify target accounts based on ICP and intent data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports measuring marketing performance across the entire funnel.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports with actionable recommendations.
