Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
- Experience with training, project management, and resource tracking.
- Experience with SAAS sales or support.
- Knowledge of professional service provision with a technical or weapons-related customer base.
- Understanding of software and/or hardware, testing, and implementation.
- Ability to work remotely effectively while demonstrating technical knowledge and consultative skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate across various groups and functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to implement, drive, track, and report on projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with technology decision-makers and program managers to support product implementation and adoption.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and creation of deployment plans.
- Plan and execute post-sale program implementation for Evidence.com, body-worn cameras, and AI solutions.
- Conduct customer site assessments and evaluate implementation readiness.
- Provide tailored training to law enforcement and other customers to enhance operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations to document requests, provide feedback, and ensure customer success.
- Assist customers in developing comprehensive agency-wide deployment plans.
